1. Introduction

Executive Summary

Kingdom-Minded-Accessories, LLC is a dynamic online E-Commerce store that empowers individuals to express their values, creativity, and identity through custom-designed apparel and accessories. Our product line includes T-shirts, hoodies, hats, bags, mugs, and more, offering both pre-designed and fully customizable options.

Through our Affiliate Program, also known as the Artist Program, creatives have the opportunity to showcase their designs on our platform while earning commissions for every sale made featuring their artwork. Affiliates (Artists) can promote their designs, share them with their audience, and earn passive income from their creativity.

2. Definitions

• Affiliate (Artist): A person who submits original designs to be featured on Kingdom-Minded-Accessories products and earns commissions on sales generated from those designs.
• Commission: The monetary compensation earned by the Affiliate (Artist) for sales of products featuring their designs.
• Referral: A customer who makes a purchase on the Kingdom-Access.com website using the Affiliate’s unique referral link or by purchasing a product with the Affiliate’s design.

3. Affiliate Responsibilities

3.1. Promotion

Affiliates (Artists) are encouraged to promote their designs using ethical and appropriate marketing strategies, including social media, personal websites, and digital marketing efforts.

3.2. Compliance

Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to those concerning advertising, intellectual property rights, and fair marketing practices.

3.3. Originality and Accuracy

Affiliates must ensure that all submitted designs are original, do not infringe on any third-party copyrights or trademarks, and accurately represent Kingdom-Minded-Accessories’ brand values.

4. Kingdom-Minded-Accessories, LLC Responsibilities

4.1. Commission Payment

Kingdom-Minded-Accessories, LLC will pay 15% of the gross sale price (excluding taxes and shipping) for every product sold featuring the Affiliate’s (Artist’s) design.

4.2. Design Listing and Sales Tracking

• Kingdom-Minded-Accessories, LLC will feature approved designs on relevant products for sale.
• Each Affiliate will be provided with a unique referral link to track sales generated from their promotional efforts.

4.3. Support and Resources

• Affiliates will receive promotional materials and guidance on best practices for marketing their designs.
• Our support team is available to assist Affiliates with any questions or concerns regarding their participation in the program.

5. Commission Structure

5.1. Commission Rate

• Affiliates (Artists) will receive 15% of the gross sale price for every product sold featuring their design.
• Additional affiliate commissions may be earned through referrals made via their unique affiliate link.

5.2. Payment Terms

• Commissions will be paid on a monthly basis.
• The minimum payout threshold is $100. If an Affiliate’s earnings do not meet this threshold, the balance will roll over to the next month until the minimum amount is reached.

6. Termination

6.1. Termination by Kingdom-Minded-Accessories, LLC

Kingdom-Minded-Accessories, LLC reserves the right to terminate an Affiliate’s participation in the program at any time, with or without cause, and without prior notice if they violate program terms.

6.2. Termination by Affiliate

Affiliates may opt out of the program at any time by providing written notice to Kingdom-Minded-Accessories, LLC.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during their partnership.

8. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.
